Our room was lovely ... impressed with the cleanliness of everything. We were on the 3rd floor but the elevator would only go down to the 2nd floor so we had to walk down to the lobby. My husband is 83 and I'm 76 ... those stairs were tough for us.

We got the king suite and it did not disappoint for starters SUPER CLEAN rooms, staff was so sweet. Both crews we interacted with! My pup was so happy there’s ample grass and the pet friendliness is so amazing. The bed was a TRUE KING and soooo comfortable!!!!!! 10/10 this is now my top place to stay in hendo/flat rock area and it’s not a bad trip to Asheville with immediate highway access and good small eats eat by
