Sleeps 8 with 1 king, 1 queen, 1 bunk bed (twin over full), and 1 futon. Dogs are welcome, and the backyard is completely fenced in. The backyard is fantastic-huge and nicely fenced in, has a hammock, fire pit, back deck and hot tub, extra chairs in shed, as well as firewood you can purchase on site. Sooo close to Biltmore and downtown. Large dining room table to eat on inside, with anything extra you might need (towels for hot tub, dog bowls, even dog treats!) We loved it and we will be back!
