Rooms are a little tired, our radiator seemed not to work, the bathroom tap seemed like the water had been turned off and on again as spluttering really badly, hot water was intermittent... Luckily icky staying a few hours

The sheets and towels and bathroom was clean, water got nice and hot and shower had great water pressure. Beds were comfortable. No fridge, out dated, which some people may appreciate, I’m more of a modern person. The pool was a bit far away and you can’t video tape or really enjoy yourself as they was doing swimming lessons in the pool, but it was nicely heated. Overall it was good and I was happy.

The toilet didn't flush there were hairs in the shower the hot tap didn't turn off fully making the water from the cold tap warm.

Poor service

This hotel has serious hygienic issues! We won’t go back for their poor quality due to: 1. They did not clean our room even though we put on “please make up my room” tag on door handle after we went out; 2. Not only they did not make up our room, instead, they put piles of “new” towels on the floor outside of the room! 3. This one although not related to hygiene issue, the bathroom is so small that we can’t even freely turn around in it; 4. Toilet paper quality is poor (thin and smell); shower gel + shampoo is smell ! 5. The lift is stinky (bad smell)..to name but a few. Can you believe such poor services?? We definitely will not go back!

We stayed here as we had an early flight and the weather was atrocious so we decided to travel the day before. We requested an early morning call, unfortunately this didn’t happen as the man managing the reception was helping push cars stranded in the bad conditions. Thankfully I had set my alarm but we could have missed the flight. Also on the Expedia site one of the reviews stated that we didn’t have to pay the £5 parking charge, this proved to be untrue

Despite lots of negative reviews we enjoyed our stay here decent check in pleasant lady - room was set up for family but it didn’t hinder anything copious amounts of hot water bath and shower available. Hotel is going through refurbishing so you get what you pay for- car parking is £5 so not out of the way-bar and food prices are reasonable. We used it purely as a stop over for Leeds Bradford Airport due to forecast bad weather conditions. It met expectations !!

Generally ok, no fuss no frills overnight stay

Same day booking for night away from home. Overall ok, no frills accommodation. £5 for parking. Efficient check in. Clean small basic room, clean but small bathroom. Nothing fancy but ok for overnight stay. Bar menu very minimal thefore chose to eat elsewhere. Drinks in the bar later again ok prices and service ok. Harder than my preference bed, and only one pillow and no spares. Nice blackout curtains and easy to use thermostate to set temperature. Can't fault room for price. Clean and tidy. No noise from neighbouring room. Our room was the furthest away possible which was not my preference. Did not have breakfast so unable to make a comment.
