Amazing apartment with a magnificent terrace and incredible views of the sea. On the first line, next to the promenade and facing the sea. Ideal to enjoy the beautiful views, the sun, and being able to eat outdoors watching the sunset. It is located just a few steps from Los Cristianos Beach and Las Vistas Beach. An ideal location next to the sea and close to everything, with a wide variety of services, shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops.



The apartment has a nice bedroom with a double bed. A spacious living-dining room, with a comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV, dining room and a large window with access to the wonderful terrace. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is equipped with everything you need. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine available. The magnificent terrace is very spacious, it has an outdoor table and chairs to sit and relax enjoying the beautiful views.

Comfortable bed The standards throughout are very poor. I have over 30 photos of the poor standards and I have lodged a complaint with my credit card. There is no fire safety at all. There was a fire in a near by apartment and it could have been a disaster. the flooring is in terrible condition causing a cut toe and several trips. The bathroom window needs replacing. I had to wash all plates etc as they were dirty.
