The room was very clean, no issues. We were given a complimentary breakfast which we didn't expect at all and a special Christmas morning breakfast which was a lovely surprise and something they didn't have to do. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend Hideaway Motor Inn to everyone.

The room was clean and the fridge worked properly but there was a lingering aroma in the room. The block out curtains which didn’t block out a lot because the backing was gone in lots of places had black mould all over the bottom third. There was a cockroach bait in the corner of the room and the wall between the shower and toilet had patches where there was no paint as the shower was leaking. Would definitely NOT stay there again.

Clean, warm and cozy during some cold weather. Microwave was from the dark ages but worked fine. There were some leaks in the shower and with the tap. Fairly central to our needs and town was essentially accessible.

Late check-in was convenient but upon arrival discovered that there was absolutely no power at all of which I was not informed. I understand that things like this can happen but being unable to take a shower, have a hot drink or even read or watch tv after a long day driving from Sydney was an inconvenience for me. The motel offered no apology at all. I have tried to get in contact with them regarding this matter but it seems they are not interested in any communication at all.In good faith I do believe that some kind of compensation would be honourable. Wouldn’t recommend this motel to anyone and if I could give it no stars I would. Terrible customer service and and the poorest communication I have ever come across.
