Had booked the room through expenditure had booked for 3 adults 1x2year old room only was made up for 2 adults even cutlery and plates etc wasnt a problem to get the extra sheets and towels that i need for our other adult and the 2year old waa allowed to get into room early as we had travelled to go to a funeral and we were ok to get in early to freshen up

Sheets were clean and bed was comfortable enough. Paid nearly 200$ for a 2 bedroom. More like 1 and a half bedrooms! Staff member at checkin was not very friendly! Had to ask where our room was located. Mold on bathroom, cracked tiles. Could do with a good clean. Walks paperthin! Next door neighbours tv extremely bothersome! Surrounds good for a dog walk. Walking distance to several taverns for a countermeal. Very poor water pressure and shower head broken.

Bed was uncomfortable, furniture dark and outdated really depressing really needs updating location was probably the best bit of the hotel , put some money into your rooms and get new curtains and get rid of the bed cover make sure all your appliances match the smallest touches would make them rooms look amazing

Outside the property was fine. Once inside our room (room 1) not good! Hot tap did not work, shower was full of black mould, spare pillows were soaking wet, as stored in the cupboard on the carpet, which was soaked as the shower was leaking through the wall. Mouldy damp smell in the cupboard. Carpet in the room looked dirty, especially in corners. Complained to reception, girl moved us to Room 7. Carpet also looked unloved, pulled bed away from wall, not been cleaned for years, dead spiders and lots of dust. Shower was also mouldy, grout was black. Bedding was inadequate for the climate, doona very thin, had to remake bed with extra blankets. So much for our 2 night birthday treat! Glad to get home! Forgot to mention the toilet roll holder fell off the wall in room 7 and one of the wall lights did not work either. Will not be returning!
