O Borgo é espetacular! A chegada no hotel já impressiona pela vista, lobby belíssimo , welcome drink e funcionários simpáticos e gentis. Ficamos na suíte 6 com duas camas queen muito confortáveis , decoração linda, fiquei encantada com tantos detalhes especiais!. Uma suíte completa e muito confortável. Garrafas de água e um prato de frutas frescas com mensagem de boas vindas , roupões e chinelos O banheiro é aberto para o quarto e tem 3 ambientes. A piscina é uma experiência! Borda infinita, bar com petiscos e drinks disponíveis, toalhas e filtro solar .Todos os ambientes são sonorizados com músicas agradáveis. O pôr do sol é um ponto alto! Muitas pessoas vem ao Borgo nesse momento para o restaurante do hotel ou para a Pizzaria (precisa reservar). O café da manhã super completo e gostoso, conta com preparos extras a la carte. Destaque para Tais e Derik que foram extremamente gentis conosco , proporcionando uma experiência no hotel ainda mais agradável. A ambientação italiana impressiona e a história da família e a vinícola são um diferencial. É um hotel muito novo, que ainda terá outras atrações , mas que já funciona em nível de excelência. Amamos nossa estadia no Borgo e certamente voltaremos muitas vezes

Minha estadia foi, de modo geral, boa. A recepção foi excepcional, e o tour com o Edu e o Diego foi ótimo. A estadia foi tranquila, com uma vista deslumbrante e uma culinária maravilhosa. A experiência de contemplar o nascer e o pôr do sol foi espetacular. Contudo, alguns pontos precisam de atenção: 1. Barulho na Janela: Quando venta, a janela faz um ruído incômodo. 2. Cheiro no Banheiro: Havia um odor de refluxo de esgoto no banheiro. 3. Piscina: No sábado e no domingo, a piscina estava suja e não pôde ser utilizada. O Alexandre informou que houve falha na bomba. 4. Limpeza do Quarto: No dia 22/12, retornei ao quarto às 14h e ele ainda não estava arrumado, mesmo eu estando fora desde as 8:30. Isso foi resolvido após eu entrar em contato com a recepção. 5. Funcionários e Segurança: Ao caminhar cedo, notei um funcionário dormindo no sofá do hall, indicando a necessidade de um dormitório apropriado para a equipe. Também me senti vigiada pelo segurança, o que causou desconforto. 7. Orquestra: A informação sobre as cadeiras reservadas não foi clara, eu acabei sentando no fundo. Porém, as cadeiras “reservadas” eram para os hóspedes e ninguém me informou a tempo. 8. Café da Manhã: No primeiro dia, não fui orientada sobre a existência de um cardápio à la carte, e acabei me servindo apenas do buffet. Só no dia seguinte percebi que era possível pedir itens do cardápio. Em resumo, voltaria ao Borgo. Mas com melhoria nesses quesitos.

Minha estadia no hotel Borgo Delvino foi, de modo geral, boa, porém com pontos importantes a serem aprimorados. O quarto possui bom tamanho, cama confortável e roupa de cama de boa qualidade , o que contribuiu positivamente para o descanso.Entretanto, a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Havia um odor bastante desagradável proveniente do ralo da área privativa, que apresentou apenas leve melhora após eu jogar água no ralo, o que sugere falha no sistema hidráulico ou na manutenção. O serviço, de forma geral, mostrou-se caro em relação ao que é entregue. O café da manhã é oferecido em sistema misto, com buffet e opções à la carte, porém os pedidos à la carte foram demorados, comprometendo a experiência. Outro ponto negativo foi a indisponibilidade da piscina, informada como decorrente de falha na bomba, o que impossibilitou sua utilização durante a estadia e limitou significativamente a experiência. Apesar de ser um hotel novo, foram observadas falhas estruturais e operacionais. Também senti falta de mais espaços ou suportes adequados para estender toalhas dentro do quarto. Considerando que se trata de uma região serrana, a presença de um aquecedor de toalhas seria um diferencial importante e agregaria conforto ao hóspede. O hotel tem potencial, porém ajustes em manutenção, limpeza, agilidade no serviço e comodidades são fundamentais para elevar a experiência e alinhar a proposta ao
