The first night i stayed they put me in a room above the kitchen. At 4 am it was so loud i could not sleep. The staff was really accomodating and changed my room for my second night.

Staff were great. I recommend booking a transfer with them as they also help with your bags. Pool and rooms were fine. Breakfast had a good variety. I like room 1001 and 1015 . Great location. Be mindful pool side rooms are ground floor ,pool view rooms are up stairs.
