Excellent stay; breakfasts were awesome with various options; rooms are clean and service was good overall; the only comment is that no A/C in the rooms; maybe it is not necessary so no big issue, temperature was good but a little humid inside.

Hotel Las Farolas is a peaceful retreat tucked away in a quiet, charming neighborhood of Antigua. The lush garden filled with vibrant plants and flowers makes it feel like you’re staying in a tropical oasis. Despite the tranquil setting, the location is incredibly convenient — just a 10-minute walk to the central square, the iconic Santa Catalina Arch, and plenty of great restaurants and cafés in the surrounding area. A perfect balance of relaxation and accessibility — we truly enjoyed our stay here!

I recently stayed at this hotel and honestly, it was a beautiful experience. The property is charming and well-kept, with daily room cleaning and a strong focus on guest comfort. While some minor cosmetic updates could elevate the space even more, the customer service truly made up for it the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The front desk team was consistently warm and welcoming, and the safety here is unmatched. The hotel entrance stays locked 24/7, and someone is always at the front to buzz you in. That level of security made me feel extremely safe. One major plus? You’re within walking distance of everything in the city super convenient if you’re trying to explore without relying on constant transportation. They also held my bags for free after checkout so I could explore more of the city stress-free.
