The amenities were not very clean and the noise was so loud at night from the pool we could not sleep – like all throughout the night. We felt grateful to only be here one night of our trip but would not stay again. Additionally, we called for early check in, arrived and were told to wait another hour. We checked back in and they told us we had to wait another two hours since a shower had broken so that was not ideal.

We got told we couldn't eat at the restaurant even though I paid for a full breakfast. No one spoke English so no one could help us. So we didn't have breakfast. Then the pool wasn't open, they said my daughter couldn't swim even though the hours on the sign said the pool was open.

Nice Hotel. Room was clean. The room needs to be maintained better (bathroom door needs painting) the faucet in the bathroom needs to improved. I felt they have too many rules. Like you can't bring any type of food or drink from outside. They only give 1 towel for the pool and they charge you for another one. The breakfast was great and good service.

Beautiful and spacious hotel in Antigua Guatemala with amazing views of the volcanoes. The staff are excellent people—very kind and welcoming. The only recommendation I have is to offer taxi services, as they don’t have them. Other than that, an excellent place to stay. Highly recommended!”
