Im going to quote their message: Jose, good evening. With great regret and sincere apologies, please do not check in at Hotel Casa Mural. Due to a problem with the rooms, we are unable to accommodate your request. Please request a full refund of your reservation through Expedia. Thank you in advance for any inconvenience." All this on the same day as the day Im traveling at midnight! They didnt bother to: contact Expedia, I had to do that, call me or offer me any other type of compensation or options. They never bothered to answer a call or any other message from me or Expedia. Expedia agents were very helpful. DO NOT stay here if your stay depends on having a nice relaxed vacation, you dont want to be scrambling for options at the last minute past the full refund date and while traveling abroad.

The views from this hotel are breathtaking. The manager and staff were all extremely helpful and attentive. You couldn't ask for anything more from a room. The room was clean with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in at Hotel Casa Mural again or recommend this hotel to others looking for a quiet comfortable place to stay when in Antigua.

Clean room. Lovely hotel with a breathtaking view. WiFi is a bit iffy. The hot water is a bit tricky. Just upen it slightly and plenty of hot water. A rarity in Guatemala. New hotel and is very nice. Staff is very helpful.

Upon arrival we were met by Isaias, the property manager. He literally made us feel so safe as two women traveling out the country. He was available through WhatsApp to communicate whenever we needed. He even set up our transportation to the airport so we did not have to worry about getting scammed. The room felt very homie and was clean. The best part was the view of the city though. If I was to return I would book this again.

Hotel location excelente perfect view on the city and volcanes. Extrymly friendly staff and super Guatemalan food. Hotel need lots of details and little mor attained to room cleaning but for the view you need little sacrifice. End most of the staff let you fills like parte of family. Strongly recommend

The stayed at Casa Mural was a wonderful beautiful experience. The view is amazing, the people are divine. Isaiah and Susana were great hostesses. The owner was pleasant. It was my friends birthday and Isaiah took the time out to surprise her with a cake and hot chocolate to wish her a happy birthday. My heart was heavy when our vacation came to an end. I will go back there.

Susana and her husband were so attentive. They provide my kids and I such a welcoming environment. The location is located about 35 min away from the antigua if walking. Other than that I will be coming again.
