Not gonna stay here again.

Probably one of my worst hotel experiences in memory. For some unexplained reason the shower curtain didn't hold out the water and when my wife opened the curtain the floor was covered in water. We used both of the towels plus hand towels to sop up the water. I called the front desk to request towels and he told me I could come to the front desk and get some. Being in bed I had to get dressed and go to the front desk to get towels. Being handicapped it was no small feat. Wed had a very long day the following day driving to Cambridge and back for an Ironman. When we returned our card key didn't work and I had to walk again to the front desk to fix it while my wife sat on her walker at the room door. When we left in the morning there were two dead bugs, looked like roaches, in the hallway. Cigarette butts on the outside stairs just added to the ambiance.

Hotel still uses COVID as excuse

The beds were full not queen size. The Wifi did not work. Front desk clerk tried to give excuse that the it my devices. While advertised that there is a free breakfast, their idea of a breakfast was coffee and danish’s and stating that do to COVID they had to make adjustments. Wouldn’t even provide a pre-made microwaveable breakfast sandwich like other hotels are providing. Uses COVID pandemic as excuse not to provide expectations when there is NO mask mandate

Secluded & quiet spot off the highway

Stayed here because it was close to a family members home we were visiting. We had an accessible room with a roll in shower for my disabled mom. The room was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The room had a mini fridge & microwave which was great! The cons: the “free breakfast” was a let down. They only had individually wrapped pastries & yogurt. Toaster but no bread or bagels. No cream cheese. No cereal. No milk. Pretty basic. That could have been due to COVID. It’s really a bummer that there is no pool at this hotel because there is a HUGE open space in the middle of the property. The price was definitely more than I wanted to pay for this level of a hotel but it worked out best for us due to the location. It was quiet every night. The housekeeping staff was excellent & they provided us with extra towel mats each day because a roll in shower soaks the floor pretty good. They cleaned the room well every day we were there. The front desk staff was excellent as well as. So friendly & helpful. All in all, a clean & comfy spot.
