Perfect house for groups- boat show, college reunions, football trips, tailgates, bachelor or bachelorette parties.
The Space:
Experience the perfect blend of space, comfort, and an unbeatable location for your Annapolis getaway. Our home is the ideal headquarters for groups and is laid out to provide ample room for everyone to socialize and relax.
Main Level:
Features an inviting open layout connecting the kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living room with a TV.
The patio door leads directly to your private outdoor oasis.
Outdoor Space:
Enjoy meals on the charming deck, complete with a dining table and grill for afternoon barbecues.
As evening falls, gather around the cozy brick patio's fire pit for conversation under the stars.
Lower Level:
The finished basement provides a fantastic bonus area with a wet bar for crafting cocktails, comfortable lounge furniture, and a full bathroom.
A convenient pullout couch allows this space to easily transform into a fourth bedroom.
Upper Level:
Upstairs, you will find three comfortable bedrooms, providing restful accommodations after a day of exploring.
