Pool is in need of major deep clean and renovation but it felt overall alright to swim in. Pretty good old scum line around the pool but we swam for hours and the water was clear. The sauna works great but you have to turn it on. Follow directions on it. Hot tub decent. Room and bathroom were very clean. Priced very reasonable. Breakfast portions were huge and everything breakfast should be. Salmon bagel platter and fresh fruit were excellent and above what was expected. Kids meals were very reasonably priced. Front desk was friendly. Restaurant staff was friendly.

2 star hotel at best. When you enter the hotel, the lobby is probably the best thing about the place, then you take the tiny elevator up to your floor and enter the hallway with 6.5 feet ceilings making a 6 foot tall person feel like the walls are closing in. Enter your room, and you can tell it hasn't been updated since the early 2000s. The wear and tear in the room is so evident, they try to cover it up with some cheap wallpaper and add layers of paint. The bathroom is a whole different story, the ceilings again are low, the tub, toilet and fixtures are old and dingy, and while standing in the tub your head is almost touching the low 6.5 feet ceilings. The furniture is dated, the carpet is worn and tile is chipped. The heating system is horrible, if you're sleeping closer to the window, prepare to freeze. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights, during that time we recieved turn over service once. When we returned to our room on Sunday, we were surprised to see the room hadn't been cleaned, when I called to say we didn't get service, they simply stated that they don't do service on Sunday, and if we wanted our room cleaned, we had to call before 12, "it was written in your welcome letter". This should have been explicitly stated when we checked in on Friday knowing that we were checking out on Monday. The pool is not heated, and small despite what they show in the pictures and the hotel is always busy with a lot of kids running around, and various groups checking in and out.

The first room we had has hair In the sink and the tub was not clean. The rooms are small. The work out room had a leaking ceiling and mold throughout the pool area was noticed. The thermostat did not work and kept resetting to the previous setting. The food at the restaurant was mediocre. We were the first ones in the restaurant when it opened and our food was dry, obviously not fresh. For the price, will not be coming back to stay or eat. Disappointed.
