Hotel smelt like marijuana. Room was very dirty. Toilet did not work. Heater did not work. Room was freezing. Carpet was stained. There was mold all over the ceiling.

The establishment was deplorable, smoke filled, Undesirable guest there, Prostitution was very obvious in the lobby. Condition of the room was horrible. we feared for our lives, I will place a report will the local police department about this establishment. I am appalled that your company would recommend this as a good place to stay. I think the BBB needs to know that you are in favor of this kind of a place to stay. I will pursue a full refund from you.

The hot tub advertised was literally bricked off permanently. The pool was freezing cold. The gym was locked and filled with trash n looked like it was abandoned years ago. Showerhead broke off, only 1 blanket, blanket for 2nd bed was thin as a sheet and they refused to give us a different one or an additional one. Both "blankets" heavily stained, wouldn't give us clean towels, didn't turn down our room, toilet seat falling apart, no fan or window in bathroom, couldn't get tissues or toilet paper replaced, many broken deck chairs around pool, I hurt myself when one of them fell apart as I was sitting on it. Microwave broke and got stuck locked closed as I was using it resulting in my food being stuck and lost.power strip failed in the middle of the night and the ice covered freezer thawed and filled my dinner with water, ruining my other meals. Breakfast was only fruit, bagels, waffles n cereal, no options for any protein or anything other than carbs and sugars. Lamp and mattress box spring had what appeared to be mold on them, one lamp had its power cord completely cut, mold.in the non-working "vent?" In the bathroom, from back when it apparently worked I'm guessing. They wouldnt switch us rooms, not that I think any other room would be less disgusting. I have never stayed in such a disgusting dilapidated run down hotel before, I couldn't even sleep because of the disgusting bed and bedding. The review rating it has, has to be from bots or something, that place was awful!

Poor air quality throughout building - smelled like old cigarette smoke impregnated entire first floor hallway of building and smell persisted despite any efforts to get out - was very tired - slept only 4 hours - had to leave at 11p - would not go back (I am sensitive to air pollutants including cigarette smoke - coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath lasting hours to days)

Staff was courteous and the room smelled clean. Hallways smelled heavily of smoke and the carpets were bleach stained in many places. Pool was supposed to be open but the door was padlocked. Cracks and stains on the room walls, and melted holes in the curtains. Bed was fresh and well-made but the blanket was very thin. Broken shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower, but small toiletries provided (why not just remove the broken wall mounted dispensers?) The light switch at the entrance to the room did not work. The toilet paper holder must have messed up the dry wall at some point... The solution was to screw a piece of 2 by 4 into the wall then remount the old dysfunctional roll holder. Overall the hotel had a feeling of neglect. The room rental fee shouldn't be more than that of a highway motel. Skip the free breakfast...
