Staff at the front desk were very kind and truly made our stay because they were so kind. But our bathroom had blood on the bathroom door. Wasnt a huge deal but still gross and unsanitary. Wasnt enough towels for the amount of people on the reservation. Not enough pillows either. Breakfast was okay no milk alts if thats something you need. Power socket was not properly in the wall. It was completely loose and looked like it was ripped out of the wall. In the halls, Glass walls were dirty and lamp shades in hallways had water stains? The womens room in the lobby area was not great. But check in & check out was easy.

What happened to La Quinta???

Wall thermostats do not work. If they are nonfunctional remove them! After i was wet in the shower I discovered the gel wash was EMPTY! Do the cleaning staff even check these? No body/ hand cream supplied. In these days of tiny quantities in labeled containers passing through inspections & TSA why is this not provided any longer? Whatever TV system is in use is miserable. Couldent even get local news! Just some sports network and then it would disappear and graphics would be displayed. No one came to look at the reported problem!! Gone all day and came back to a wet spot on the floor. Water was dripping from the ceiling. No explanation. Maintenance wiped it up. Room was noisy at night with loud booming music somewhere. The only thing better than Motel6 was the breakfast.

Quite disappointing!

We were there for a week and we asked for towels and none were available. We asked for a room cleaning the morning of the 5th day and we were told that we should have requested it the night before. Nobody came the next day to clean and no towels were provided. The room and especially the bathroom smelled but we were too busy to move rooms. Overall management needs to be improved!
