Not great – save your money and stay elsewhere

No hand soap in the bathroom so a choice of using the shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Dirty communal carpet areas. Very noisy rooms next door and opposite, and I don't know that Reception told them to calm it down after a phone call to complain (at after 1am)

For a longer stay, absolutely fine. Every second day the room was cleaned, aircon fully working, breakfast was for this kind of hotels pretty rich, and most importantly, the stuff was very helpful and polite. We can only recomend, great value for price

The staff was very friendly. We were late getting there, and the staff was courteous enough to call me to check on me and when i let them know that I was running late, they said no problem and held our room for us. My husband was having problems walking and the lady staff noticed and came help me get him into the hotel.

Small accessible room

I asked for an accessible room. The bathroom was but it had a very small child like seat for the shower and I had to ask for another. It was the smallest hotel room we ever stayed in. The chair sat very low and so close to bed in room 104 that it was difficult to get move around. The distance between the bed and dresser was tight especially if you are using a walker. The front desk people were very nice. We stayed 2 nights and on Saturday morning the coffee. was cold and had to be heated in microwave. I called earlier that week to ask a question but they had a lot of trouble finding my reservation. I asked if you gave AAA discount and was told I would have to do it when I checked in but when checking in they said charge was locked in and AAA discount would not apply.
