Hosts were very communicative, attentive to our needs ( shoveled driveway and shoveled snow off our car ). We had to extend our stay due to weather and they gladly extended us for two additional days. We have already booked the unit for two separate nights this year. Unit was clean, comfortable, had all the amenities we needed, and affordable.

I want to give this unit higher rating. The owner showed real effort in making the unit a comfortable and relaxing place with a well stocked mini kitchen and bathroom. The unit is also clean and well laid out. The overall setup is done well and we enjoyed this portion. However, the unit is very prone to noise at night, including gurgling of the pipes, expansion/contraction sounds, and other sounds throughout the night, making undisturbed sleep almost impossible. If you are sensitive to noise like I am, I would suggest to take that into consideration.

We stayed here a total of 5 nights on a split stay and it’s just a very comfortable suite with a super nice hostess! Everything about Alison’s place was amazing! The icing on the cake was our last evening there I was sitting on the deck and there was a huge bull moose across the street and he was magnificent! Do not hesitate to book this place!Alison, thank you so much for your awesome hospitality! If we ever return to Alaska I would book again!
