Fantastic Long Term Rental

This was the perfect long-term rental! The house is located in a safe area of town, moments way from everything you’ll need; groceries, gym, pharmacy, and more. It is on a dead-end street, quiet and private. Trash and snow removal were consistent and timely. The Owner was available whenever we needed anything. The house itself was clean and well-equipped. I would recommend this property to anyone needing a long-term Anchorage rental!

Great house on the water in Anchorage!

We spent a month staying in this wonderful house. The neighborhood is a dead end street, so there's no traffic coming through. The house had all the basic amenities and furnishings we needed. The two car garage was a little narrow if you have two larger vehicles, but it worked well for us, and made winter a little more comfortable. Downtown took us about 10 minutes to drive to. There's a grocery store about a 15 second drive away. Costco is just down the road. All considering, it's a great location. The water was frozen over while we were there, but it was still a beautiful view. The house is in good shape. We found it clean, and it's had some nice updates done to it. We'd definitely stay here again!
