Bootlegger Cove House - Downtown Anchorage

This home is an accessible ranch with open living space and wide doorways in downtown Anchorage. Quick access to the Coastal Trail and parks for biking, running, walking, and wildlife viewing. Two blocks from the Parkstrip and downtown business, shopping, dining, and play. There is a fantastic yard for enjoying our midnight sun or northern lights, as well as bikes for use while you visit. You will enjoy the history and easy access to all things AK in this home.

There are three bedrooms sleeping up to six, and an additional foldout queen sleeper for up to eight guests. The kitchen is prepped for your morning coffee and even the essentials for cooking up the salmon you just caught. In addition, there is a full laundry room with an upright freezer for any fish or game you may need to freeze while visiting. The large yard allows for outdoor enjoyment with a grill, fire pit, and outdoor patio furniture.

Perfect location in Anchorage to use as a home base to tour the surrounding area! The home was perfect for 2 couples and had everything we needed and more. Deanna was a wonderful host and answered all of our questions promptly. Would highly recommend if you are visiting Anchorage!

Great house close to downtown Anchorage

Cozy home in walking distance of downtown Anchorage and the Tony Knowles coastal trail. The house was perfect size for our group of 5. Deanna is a wonderful hostess and provided some great recommendations for activities.

Amazing place

Alaska Adventure Awaits

What a perfect spot for taking a vacation in and around the Anchorage area. Our hosts went above and beyond to ensure a good time was had by all. The house was well stocked and cleaned. I would absolutely stay again. A special thank to their kindness you my11 year old nephew! He has been telling everyone back home about all the highlights which include basketball and puppy playing. Great location, super clean, lovely place

There was plenty of room for our family of four. The property was easily located and in a great and quiet neighborhood. The homemade smoked salmon was a lovely touch when we arrived! The entire place was so clean, it had everything we needed, super comfy beds, and the washer and dryer were very welcome. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Location

Our family of four (two late-teen kids) had a great stay at the Bootlegger Cove house. The location was ideal; so easy to get in and out to the airport, downtown Anchorage, and beyond. The location of the trail was awesome; I only wish we had more time to take advantage of it. The house was very clean and well equipped. We would absolutely stay here again. Bootleggers Cove is a treasure in Anchorage!

This ADA friendly property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to the water and downtown. It has a great layout for families and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners are close by and super friendly. Bikes were available for our use and there was also formation on favorite local restaurants, things to do, and don’t miss opportunities. We would stay here again, for sure!
