pictures were so deserving, disappointed right from the start when our keys wouldn't work for the doors, then to see the pool and how small it was and no towels, then informed the hot tub was not working which was a main thing we wanted to do. after getting to our room, it was a lot smaller than it looked in pictures and only 2 towels were left, we have 5 kids and 2 dogs with us so 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 towels wasnt going to cut it. also didnt get any of the requested items i asked for when reserving the room and the trash bags were so small and ripped so we had a bunch of garbage we could get rid of the entire weekend. it was an ok place for the price and no notice complaints but needs some work done and upkeep and more supplies offered would help and a notice of broken amenities would be nice as well.

While i was picking the rooms online i was under the impression i was to receive a smoking room because some of the rooms clearly stated NON SMOKING room while others did not. While checking in I was told that they are a smoke free hotel. It wasn't a huge deal for me, I was more bothered by the lack of clarity about it online..

No toiletries, none mounted in the bathroom either. Key didn’t work. Desk clerk couldn’t get it to work. Had to call in someone rise so we could get back in our room. Steps upstairs were dirty. Desk people were very nice though.
