Very disappointed.

Would not recommend. I went to breakfast came back so I could check out and my drinks and snacks were gone. Poor check out service. They did care what had happened. Checking my luggage to see what else is missing. We previously were clients but starting seeing a difference in management a year ago so we stayed away but decided to give it another try. Big mistake.

Not so good…

An aging hotel with no improvements since the last visit three years ago. The breakfast was very poor considering the price of USD 20. But above all, the only person handling check-in was unfriendly. It's deteriorating. The rooms are old and noisy.

I have visited Guatemala five times in a row for five years. The spacious property included a small office, a living room, and two beds. One thing the hotel needs to improve is that it does not have a shuttle to go to the airport. The front desk calls a local taxi to go to the airport for $10.
