There was a problem with the bathtub drain that was corrected. The hair conditioner was also not refilled. This is the reason for a good stay, but not an excellent one.

Presentation of the hotel was nice, but when we had dinner at the sushi bar restaurant a RAT ran under the table as our food was coming and it ran to at least three other tables, then down the escalator. That ruined the entire vibe of the evening and although the manager was very apologetic the damage was done!
