The site was easily reached from the highway, yet the rooms were quiet. Friendly professional staff. Easy checkin and checkout.The facility was clean and mostly remodeled. The breakfast was a good combination of hot and cold choices with plenty of space. Family friendly location and prices. Near a variety of places to eat or shop. We'll choose this facility again!

Inauguration Stay

The hotel is very convenient to Van Dorn Metro. It was a nice, comfortable stay but the hotel is older. One of the elevators doesn’t work. The hotel halls and other areas could use a major cleaning. The room itself was clean.

Older hotel, elevator wasn’t working when we weee there but overall clean, staff was very nice good area to stay in with a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. One of the only hotels in Alexandria where you don’t have to pay for parking. Good for the price

Old and pricey hotel with minimum facilities

Old hotel, smelled bad everywhere, lots of dust in reception area and surroundings are unclean, paint peeling off everywhere, receptionist are not welcoming and in the room, TV is damaged smelled bad, couple of roaches visited and the bath tub and surroundings are old and unclean Breakfast is ok but the food is not fresh and we have to buy everything including wqter for exorbitant prices from reception area Only one lift out of 2 is working and for such a huge building its bad as we always had to wait for the lift Hotel is in an unsafe area and dont bother about electric charging which is a very slow charger only 2 of them and allowed for only 2 hrs
