The house has a living room with access to the terrace and the sandy beach, complete kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

alles in allem eine empfehlung von unserer seite wenn man ein paar sachen beachtet: 1. der parkplatz ist direkt vor dem haus, gegenĂŒberliegend befindet sich eine steinmauer. angesichts der immer dicht an dicht geparkten fahrzeuge eine echte herausforderung ohne schaden ein- und auszuparken 2. die kĂŒche war wirklich sehr rudimentĂ€r eingerichtet. einem schneebesen haben wir gekauft und dort gelassen. teilweise gibt es keine deckel zu den pfannen/töpfen. man muss improvisieren dann geht es gut. 3. ein schlafzimmer hat keine klimaanlage nur einen ventilator. bei hohen temperaturen auch nachts mehr man das dann schon. 4. im schlafzimmer auf der straßenseite (ohne klima) ist der strassenlĂ€rm deutlich zu hören. kinder die lĂ€nger schlafen sollen lieber woanders platzieren. 5. dusche sehr schwach. man braucht viel geduld.

Eine wunderschöne Villa direkt am Strand. Die Mitarbeiter waren super hilfsbereit und immer zu erreichen. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus haben war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die direkte Lage am Strand war fĂŒr uns ein Traum, auch wenn der Strand durch angeschwemmte Seegraskugeln etwas verschmutzt wirkte, hat uns das nicht gestört. Das Wasser war glasklar und man konnte sehr weit hineinlaufen.Durch die Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Haus war man auch ohne Auto flexibel.Wir werden diese Unterkunft sicherlich noch einmal buchen.

Prima ruimte, erg schoon. Van alle voorzieningen voorzien. Verhuurder heeft haar best gedaan op de inrichting. Was naar onze smaak wat te wit allemaal. Daar moet je van houden. Goede locatie voor kitesurfers, aan zee. Wij hadden moeite met het vinden van het sleutelkastje bij aankomst, op de deur van het kastje lijkt nl een ander nummer te staan dan het huisnummer. Dat is verwarrend. Je moet de bruine deur hebben, werd ons na een telefoontje met de beheerder duidelijk.

Wir haben Anfang Oktober 10 Tage in der Calle Canet del Rossello 7A verbracht. Das Haus ist grundsaniert und bis ins Detail Ă€ußerst liebevoll und perfekt eingerichtet. Mit viel Geschmack wurden die RĂ€ume, einschließlich KĂŒche und Bad sehr sinnvoll gestaltet. Alles war extrem sauber und gepflegt, absolut nichts hat gefehlt! Leider hat die Terrasse, die zwar einen traumhaften Panoramablick ĂŒber den Golf von Pollenca bietet eine sonnenfreie Nordlage. Zu keiner Tageszeit hat die Sonne zu dieser Jahreszeit die Terrasse erreicht und zum Sonnen musste man die bereitgestellten Liegen direkt am angrenzenden Strand aufstellen. Dieser Strandabschnitt ist aber vollstĂ€ndig von Algen bedeckt und deshalb weniger einladend. Erfreulicherweise ist jedoch die Wassertiefe sehr flach abfallend, was fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern sehr angenehm wĂ€re. Unbedingt ist ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen. Auf Grund der wunderschön gestalteten RĂ€ume und dem traumhaften Panoramablick ist das Haus ideal fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern.
