We loved our stay in Alcudia. We stayed for 5 nights and the apartment was perfect. The ohitos ate accurate. It is hard to beat its location. The underground parking was very helpful, but be aware that the spots are tight. The kitchen had all we needed and the balcony was certainly the highlight. Communication with the manager was easy and he was very responsive. The unit is up a few flights of stairs, so if you have mobility issues that may be a concern. For Alcudia, we found the best restaurants are in old town. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Stay on the beach

Great location right in port alcudia beach. Apartment nice and spacious and all necessary amenities with lovely balcony overlooking the beach and sea. Nice to have off street parking for rental car. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants.

This is our second time staying in this apartment. It is very spacious and conveniently located right on the beach and close to all amenities. It also include a parking space under the building which is very nice if you have a rental car since it can be challenging to find on street parking at the busy times of the day. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay in an amazing condo and neighbourhood!

This is a spacious, bright, and very comfortable condo with a stunning sea view from a large deck! The condo easily accommodated our party of five and was well stocked with anything a family might need for a self-catering holiday. The building was quiet and peaceful. The location is absolutely amazing - steps away from a huge sandy beach, yet also walking distances to local shops and restaurants. Also, the location provides for quick access to fantastic cycling routes. Communication with Miguel was prompt and reliable. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect for 5 middle aged women on their jollies !

Perfect accommodation for the five of us . We holiday every year together. The location is absolutely perfect. Directly onto the beach and quiet at night. We went to all restaurants that were suggested and they were fabulous! Definitely would return to this property !

Lovely but could be even lovlier

The property is in a fantastic beach front location and that is definitely its main plus point. Alcudia is a bit busier than we like (we usually go to quieter Pollenca) but the beach is gorgeous as is the sea and you can swim and pop home easily. It's a lovely 15 minute walk to the Port along the front. Miquel is very nice and brought us a new coffee maker on our arrival day as it needed replacing. He was responsive at all times. On the down side, we were surprised - after many years renting holiday properties - to find not even a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival. There was no salt and pepper, washing up liquid or bottles of oil etc. which you would normally find at a truly 'HomeAway' property. It was disappointing. We also felt the bathrooms were a bit tired and need updating and we found hair in the shower's hair trap when we arrived. There was only one air conditioning unit - not two as stated. We also don't like paying for electricity at the end of the week though that's just personal preference and perhaps it's fairer as some people may not use the air con properly. But it seemed an old fashioned way of doing things. So overall we had a lovely stay but with a little extra tlc it could be near perfect.

GORGEOUS HOLIDAYS IN FRONT OF THE BEACH

The apartment is located in front of the beach, so the weather and the views can't be better!! We had breakfast every morning on the balcony with sea views and we could spent the day on the habour, which is five minutes walking on the beach. The apartment is near some supermarkets, shops and restaurants. We recommend the apartment because is simple and functional. So it has everything you will need. Mallorca is beautiful, and we would love to come back!! Thank you Miguel for your hospitality.

Great Holidays on the beach

It was our first time not going at a hotel and we really enjoyed it. The appartament is perfect for a family. It has so many light and a fantastic balcony. We spend most of the time on the beach, it's just outside the building!! We went out already in bikini, was the first time in my life I could do that. The weather was nice, very sunny but so sad we were not in summer. The water was cold. Also, I have to say that Katy and Miguel helped us so much. Katy guided us to the building, we were a little bit lost haha. She told us about interesting places to visit, good restaurants... I'm just so happy we recieved this attention. It's a place I would totally recomend. Me and my family look forward to come back again (and next time on summer, it has to me awesome). Thank you Katy and Miguel!! We send you best regards.

Lage am Meer, W-LAN, Tiefgarage sind bestens, ansonsten könnte das Appartement fĂŒr den Preis doch eine Erneuerung und Reparatur der Möbel und allgemeine Auffrischung vertragen. Schade, dass hier seit Jahren kein Geld investiert wurde. Wir waren etwas enttĂ€uscht. Die Ausstattung entspricht nicht den vergebenen Sternen. Die angegebene zweite Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Wenn es heiß ist, reicht die eine im Flur nicht zum KĂŒhlen der 3 Schlafzimmer aus und man muss mit offenen TĂŒren schlafen. Auch den Pool haben wir vergeblich gesucht. Wer das alles nicht braucht, wird sich hier dennoch wohl fĂŒhlen. Die Lage ist einfach genial und das entschĂ€digt fĂŒr vieles.

Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung. Nicht modern aber völlig in Ordnung und sauber. Die BÀder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist aber wirklich top. Direkt am Strand in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Terasse bietet eine unglaubliche Aussicht mit spektakulÀren SonnenaufgÀngen.

Fantastiskt lÀge precis vid stranden gjorde vÄr vistelse magisk. Rymlig lÀgenhet med mÄnga dörrar och fönster sÄ det var bra ventilation. Garageplats till hyrbilen var ett plus. VÀrden missade tiden vid incheckningen men rÀddade upp det vÀldigt bra sÄ vi behövde knappt vÀnta. Han var mycket vÀnlig och svarade snabbt pÄ vÄra frÄgor inför vistelsen. Sol pÄ balkongen pÄ morgonen och sedan skön och vÀlbehövlig skugga vid lunch och framÄt. Vacker utsikt och nÀra till butiker och restauranger. Mkt fin strand som hölls ren. LÀgenheten kÀndes frÀsch Àven om de vita strumporna snabbt blev smutsiga. Dock stark lukt av rengöringsmedel som var lite stickande i början. Fanns endast en aircondition, inte tvÄ som det stod. Dessutom var det slut pÄ batterier i kontrollen i den som fanns. Helt ok utrustning i köket, saknade rivjÀrn. Tv:n förstod vi oss aldrig pÄ. Diskmaskinen var utbytt sedan tidigare recensioner om att den var i dÄligt skick. Badrum och kök i gammal standard men kÀndes ÀndÄ frÀscha och ÀndamÄlsenliga. Rekommenderar denna lÀgenhet varmt om man gillar strand- och balkonghÀng!
