Lage, Lage, Lage aber dann....

Die Lage am Meer ist perfekt. Ruhiger Strand in Gehdistanz. Große Zimmer. Agentur vor Ort reagiert beim ersten Mal sofort ( Außenbeleuchtung defekt, etc.). Stromkosten werden extra berechnet. Kameras im Haus, wohl nur bei Abwesenheit von Gästen eingeschaltet? Keine Rauchmelder, Feuerlöscher haben wir nicht gefunden. Erste Hilfe Kasten so gut wie leer. Keine Auflagen für Liegen und Stühle. Keine Handtuchhalter oder Toilettenpapierhalter. Mobiliar müsste besser gepflegt oder ausgetauscht werden ( Liegen abgenutzt und unhygienisch, Sessel fleckig, auf Couch Decken oder Überzug, welcher zudem schmutzig war). Stühle auf Terrasse im oberen Bereich am rosten. Im Haus ein muffiger Geruch. Gardinen und Duschvorhang verschmutzt. Kopfteil am Bett zerschlissen. Ein Fön von innen verrostet. Innenbereich macht vernachlässigten Eindruck. Matratzen nichts für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen. Reinigungsfirma sollte kontrolliert, mehr Zeit eingeräumt werden o.ä... Schmutzige Mikrowelle, Töpfe, ...Pfannen nicht zu gebrauchen, uneben auf Ceranfeld. Es fehlen Alltagsmaterialien,5 Kaffeelöffel, kein Wäschekorb, keine Wäscheklammern, Waschmittel, Spülmaschinentabs müssen zugekauft werden. Pro Gast ein Badetuch und 2 Handtücher. Für eine Woche nur ein Geschirrtuch und viele andere Kleinigkeiten. Schade, das Haus ist schön, in unschlagbarer Lage und großzügig geschnitten. Das Objekt hat mehr Fürsorge verdient. Ca. 3000 Euro pro Woche! Unserer Meinung nach nicht angemessen.
