In front of an impressive beach of crystalline water and white sand, this beautiful apartment offers a simple lawn garden where you can bask in the sun on one of the 2 sun loungers. However, you will probably prefer to go right to the beach and lay on the sand. Then, you can relax with the music of the waves and the impressive views to the never-ending sea and the mountains too, while you enjoy a delicious meal cooked on the barbecue.

This apartment is on the ground level, although there are several steps to access the main entrance. From the porch, you can enter a great room where living, dining room and kitchen are all together. Here, you can watch the TV-Sat or just rest on the sofa, enjoy your meals or cook while you admire the sea. The kitchen features a ceramic top, oven and all you need to cook as if you were at home. There are 3 bedrooms with AC; one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub; another bedroom has two twin beds, and the last one presents a bunk bed. We can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby. There is a second bathroom for the rest of the accommodation , and this one just has a shower. The laundry room is independent and it features a washer, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Finally, there is oil central heating throughout the accommodation.

This accommodation is very well located in an area with all needed services around like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, beaches and even night clubs. You can visit this places and other nearby towns taking the bus that passes by every 15 minutes in the summer season, although you can also drive to spectacular beaches and dream-like coves like Cala Sant Vicenç or Port de Pollensa. The town centre of Alcudia is worth a visit specially on Tuesday and Sunday mornings, when its street market takes place. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen, um den Strand zu genießen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Haus war makellos, als wir ankamen. Wir waren mit unserem dreijährigen Sohn dort und sie hatten einen Hochstuhl und Strandspielzeug :) Wir hatten keine Probleme mit dem Parken und Supermärkte, Apotheken und Restaurants befinden sich ganz in der Nähe.
