Beautiful apartment in the north of Mallorca. The house has 2 bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom each, offering space for up to 4 people. The location is ideal. It is right on the white sandy beach in Puerto de Alcudia. For pool lovers, a communal pool is available. Sun loungers available and plenty of lawn to sunbathe; and for children, there is a separate children's pool.



The apartment is bright and cosy, with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. All rooms are facing the sea and the beach!

The old town of Alcudia, with its points of interest such as the church and the ancient city wall and the weekly market, is just a 15-minute walk away. The seafront promenade for walking and going out is equally close to the nearby apartment. You will also find numerous bars and restaurants.

Important note about electricity consumption:

Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price. A charge of 0.41 Eur/kwh will be applied for electricity consumption, which will be paid at the end of the stay.
