The apartment consists of private parking, a living room / kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a terrace in the front, its views and its enclave make this small apartment an exceptional place to spend a few days on vacation , rest and relax.

Beautiful prime location

The terrace overlooking the Mediterranean is amazing. Gorgeous views and a breeze. Comfortable kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, all nicely equipped. On-site parking is a big plus. Quiet beautiful neighborhood. Alicia was lovely to deal with. I would go back anytime

The apartment is absolutely amazing! Alicia is extremely generous and accommodating, always responding to any questions within minutes — communication couldn’t be better. The view from the loggia is breathtaking: you can see the entire bay, enjoy breakfast with the sunrise, and after dinner, watch Alcudia’s lights twinkle across the water. Just a few steps take you straight to the sea, and at night you can fall asleep to the gentle sound of the waves. The apartment is very well equipped, even with two espresso makers in different sizes — a detail we really appreciated. The location in the town of Alcanada is lovely and wonderfully peaceful. It’s very easy to get there by car. There’s a small local supermarket with fresh bread, and we discovered three restaurants, including the excellent one at the golf club. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone and would love to come back anytime

Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Man muss bei den Fotos im Inserat oft Abstriche machen, das ist hier absolut nicht der Fall. Die Fotos geben den Ist-Zustand 1:1 wieder. Die Wohnung und vor allem die Lage ist ein Juwel. Wir sind nie essen gegangen weil der Balkon bzw. die Aussicht so unschlagbar schön ist. Wir kommen wieder! 😊

The Sea....

Alicia was a very accommodating host and was also able to give us tips on restaurants and places of interest. The accommodation is much more stunning on site than you can see in the photos. The background noise and the direct connection to the sea was one of the best. All in all it was stunning and we would come back to Alicia and her accommodation again
