Spend your money elsewhere!

Everything was filthy. 2nd day- the maintenance guy was “fixing” a leak all day and we came back from our day to a clogged toilet with mess that wasn’t from us. Went to front desk and he asked me what the problem was and proceeded to hand me a plunger while his maintenance guy smoked in his non smoking room and drank Milwaukee’s best. I checked out. Save your money. Everyone is rude here and they will fight you to return your money.

I almost walked out after I opened the front door. I thought I had walked into the wrong place. There's no real lobby just a very dark space between the door and a wall of safety glass with a grill in it. I didn't even see the attendant at first and could not hear him through the grill. After I got checked in I drove around the building to my room. Past a homeless man digging through the dumpster and a car with two flat tires and a profanity painted on the side in front of another room. The furniture in the room appeared to very old and not cleaned often. The bathroom door worked but appeared to have been kicked in at some time and the door jam was badly broken. The bed was clean and the room quiet. So I stayed but would not book this hotel again.

The place is falling apart. The furniture is worse than you’d find at a garage sale. It’s the worse hotel I’ve ever been in.

I was in room 214, the TV was scratched up from the middle but it didn’t wasn’t so noticeable when watching tv. My wardrobe door was broken and couldn’t close, the alarm clock was cut off and doesn’t work. The blow dryer didn’t work. The bathroom did not lock. The microwave smelt really bad , mainly a strong smell of burnt popcorn, I don’t think it was worth $80 for the one night I stayed when I checked in at 3 pm. The indoor pool was fine, there isn’t ventilation tho, and it’s a little dark so it made the water look a different color which made us question whether to get in or not but we did anyways because we already paid. The breakfast was free, but not much variety bc it was small. There was waffles, cereal, toast and orange juice, and coffee. I did have fun bc I was with friends, but it was just a poor conditioned room.

The chair inside my room ia filthy and dirty. i dont know why they keeping it, throw it away. Bathroom is ok, microwave oven not working. Clock is not working too. I got what I pay for. The breakfast was really light, Ramada is way better . The 6 bucks fee per night was a surprised. Expedia must tell that to the customer. I will go back to ramada if I want budget room. it is not something I want to do it again.

10/10 cleanliness. Was a Housekeeping Manager for 8 years. I see everything! And the rooms and property were extremely clean. The rooms and property are dated and could use a refresh. Staff was friendly and helpful. Central Location. If you’re looking for a budget, clean bed and shower this is a fantastic contender.

Wouldn't give me my full deposit back when I order a non-smoking room and I was standing outside smoking a cigarette with the door closed. I asked them to go look at the cameras and they wouldn't. The front desk service all she was worried about is getting back to her phone call instead of doing her job.
