There should be a bathroom in the pool. There where no towels. There where kids cannonballing and screaming the whole time. No one tells kids to behave. Kids running up and down the stairs. People on the 3rd floor where parting and being loud all night. This room was for my family. My elderly mother who is disabled and my son who is disabled as well. They haven't had power for 2 days because of the wind storm. They needed a good nights sleep. Definitely didn't get one.

Really Great Service 😁 friendly lady at front desk, they got us extra towels, front lady brought us bananas for breakfast, coffee 24 hours a day definitely will stay again, very clean room, waffles for breakfast with juice and yogurt.
