Overall the stay was good. Would like to shout out the staff at the front desk when we stayed on a Saturday night. The room next to us was very loud and we had to get up at 5:30 the next morning. We called the front desk and whoever was working at the time came up and actually talked to the people in the room next to us and they stopped right after. Happy they to know they take complaints seriously and care about their guest’s experience!

Mediocre At Best

We arrived and they didn’t have our booking on their system. Found us a room anyway and honored our rate, although it was not what we booked - it was a king hearing-impaired suite, not a regular double queen suite. We could hear the TV above us blaring all night; and the guy next door snoring all night. The faucet in the bathroom was wobbly, and the shower had no shampoo in it, which I discovered once in the shower and soaking wet. They did accommodate us and move us to a corner room on the top floor, which turned out to be another hearing -impaired enabled room, but at least it had the two aueen beds we originally hoped for. The blinds on the windows in that room operated by an electric switch, and one of them took almost 5 minutes to close by inches as we repeatedly pressed the button. We didn’t dare reopen it for fear it wouldn’t close again. The door to the room looked like someone had tried to pry it open at one point and the locking mechanism was loose. Breakfast was just okay. Staff were very nice; the facilities need attention.

Very accommodating to our needs

We stayed right before Christmas and the hotel was decorated pretty. Unfortunately, our son got sick while we were there…tummy bug! The staff was amazing at accommodating our extra needs of towels and bedding changes. Our daughter enjoyed the pool!!!

When we arrived our air condition was not working , then we looked around the room the bathroom had left over lotion on the counter and a spoon on the sink. The beds were stiff as a board and the people above us were stomping all night .

All is good except the breakfast. Clean bright. Rooms are roomy & easily accommodate 2 comfortably. Don't have to lay on the bed to watch TV. The breakfast is bad! Hard as rocks English muffin sandwiches. Bland waffles & muffins. Egg bowls with super spicy sausage. The coffee is so hot nearly burnt my hand through the papercup & weak flavor. No smart TV! Really!

Poor service but comfy

We stayed for 1 Saturday night. We were given no instructions upon check in and thus did not know when breakfast was served. Hotel website stated 6am but were told by staff that it’s 7am on weekends so we did not have time to get breakfast. The lock on the bathroom door in our room is backwards and could not be locked from the inside, only the outside. Otherwise, the beds were comfy and the room was spacious.

Went well other than the siding door on bathroom would not close all the way. Also AC was on and room temperature was set at 60 (it was 39 outside). Fine after a few hours when it warmed up.
