We were celebrating New years and wanted to end the night with champagne in the room when we returned from our party. But when we returned we found ourselves locked out base on some glitch in the system after midnight. We were among about 25 other guests sitting in the lobby for the next 3 hours until we decided to call it a night. And drive back to home leaving all are belongings in the room having to return the next day to retrieve them.

so we booked fri and sat night, and sat morning breakfast was from 7-10 i believe. i woke my 3 kids up and we all got down there by 9 only to have breakfast empty aside from very little waffle mix and some muffins. the front desk said the truck didnt come yet, this was a let down for my groggy kids we ended up going to bob evans just down the road, but not before a member of the kitchen staff handed out some skim milk bottles that were a MONTH out of expiration. they expired the first of december we were there the 28th. I was told id be comped 5000 bonvoy points, but i havent looked into that yet. but they front desk ladies were very nice aside from that when i asked for more blankets and towels for the pool. also their lil inhouse store thing was mostly empty, the shower wasnt the cleanest in small areas like behind their soap despensers it was black and kinda gross but that is a tough spot to clean. i did like the showers otherwise. nice n big and the glass walls are way nicer than shower curtains like at most hotels. ill probably stay again because its proximity to my sister we'll just plan on breakfast elsewhere just incase.
