The check in was good. A woman came up to us as soon as we walked in. The room was neat and clean and beds comfortable. A little disappointed with the breakfast. They ran out of scrambled eggs, and no one seemed to be taking care of it. Staff was friendly and parking was easy.

Our stay served its primary purpose - we had a place to sleep for the night on our trip. The pool was as advertised, which was good. The room was aggressively okay: beds average, pillows less so. The chair and ottoman in the room were stained - nothing egregious, probably average wear, but noticeable. The carpet wasn't properly vacuumed and the drain plug to the shower along with a random bolt were just sitting out in the tub. The bathroom faucet didn't appear to be functioning properly, giving us different temperatures that didn't correspond to how the faucet handle was turned. The biggest concern was staffing. The employee on shift was nowhere to be found after check-in. I had to call while standing at the front desk just to ask for a bandage (and they had none, including in the first aid kit at the pool area). There was also a single person on staff the following morning, who was in and out of the dining area and otherwise fairly dismissive. The breakfast hardly qualifies for the name. The setup suggests that it would be a reasonable continental breakfast; however, next to nothing was stocked and the "hot" dishes that did remain had gone cold long before we went down at 8 am. We will not stay at this property again the next time we're in the area.

The staff went aboce and beyond to assist us in all our requests and depsite a few challenges on our visit the hotel navigated them with speed, courtesy, and professionalism. We will definitely be back! Breakfast had a lot of options, the pool was huge and perfect for my child to have a blast in and the fitness room was very clean and smelled nice. We feel like we hot more than we expected and have already told our friends to stay here!

The beds and pillows were comfortable and I'm glad they had waffles available to make for breakfast. However, the room definitely had some cobwebs, chipped paint, and furniture stains. I had to get my room key reprogrammed 3x while we were there and there was NEVER a person at the desk. I had to call out or knock on the window each time. The pool could've been a bit warmer and there was a huge chip in one spot that my daughter almost cut her foot on. They ran out of all but cranberry juice one morning and the person on staff said they had no idea how to fill it and it would be done by the manager in 30 minutes. An hour later- still no juice. While this hotel was conveniently located I will pay the extra $10 next time to have better everything.per night next time to stay time i assistance.

Upon arrival, there was no one in the front desk. There was a sign stating that they had a step away. I had a way to brief moment until a young lady came to the desk. She gave me my card from my room. I went to my room to get settled and walk to the right side of my bed and looked down on the floor and there was a pile of toenails or fingernails laying on the floor. Absolutely disgusting. I went to the desk again she was not present. I had a call again and wait. She then came off the elevator pushing a boogie of laundry. Apologize gave me a key for another room got settled in there and the people above me made noise all night there was kid screaming, slamming banging. It was absolutely awful and I felt there was no need to go back up there and complain because what was she gonna do seem like she was the only one working and looked very tired always smell of cigarette smoke rooms were not vacuumed correctly. Glass wasn’t wiped down correctly.

Parking adequate. The legs on the ironing board are broken in 205. Had to straddle the board between beds to use it then hang it off one bed with my bag to weight it down to use the pointed end. Staff very nice.

Our room wasn’t clean. Sticky red stuff on phone table. Brown thing on carpet. Beds messy and questionable cleanliness. Towels scratchy and thin. Continental breakfast weak. Not impressed.

The location was perfect for the reason we were in town. But it went downhill from there. Nobody at the front desk, had a number to call for assistance. The mattress on one bed felt like an air mattress that had lost half of its air. The beds were extremely noisy, like sleeping on a plastic mattress pad - kept us up all night. The walls and ceiling are paper thin. Horrible water pressure in the shower and the grab bar was installed too close to the tub surround and you could not get your hand around it. The TV did not work, could only get the weather channel. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Good selection, just not edible -the eggs were watery and the potatoes were rubbery. Luckily there were a few options up the road for a quick breakfast. Didn't plan on using the pool, and wouldn't either. The water looked like stagnant pond water, didn't smell much better when we walked past.

Clusters of loud, obnoxious smokers at entrance, a rock to hold open the door to the so-called patio which consisted of a dirty plastic table & a few plastic chairs, breakfast was same all 3 days we looked at it (opted out after looking), underdone some kind of sausage-like patties, scrambled eggs, waffle maker available; no maid service, no trash cans emptied, no fresh towels for 4-day stay, front desk infrequently staffed
