Wonderful luxury furnished house, located in Costa Adeje in the South of Tenerife in a privileged place, very quiet at the same time very close to beaches, restaurants, shopping centers, 300 meters from the Great Siam Park Water Park and the Siam Mall .
The average temperature of the area is 25th year-round, sensational winters and mild summers due to the sea breeze.
The house consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms

Our guests are always personally received by Jeny and Elena with a welcome pack, they hand over the keys in their hand and explain the operation of all things in the house.
On the day of departure we adapt to the schedule of the flights of the clients, being able to leave the villa at the time that suits them, without any additional cost, this provided that the house is not reserved that same day.

We have travelled all over the world - this villa is exceptional. The location is superb - best to have a car to explore island although full grocery store is 8 min walk and beaches are 18mins. The view is unparalleled, kitchen well stocked, Juliet the host was very responsive and the pool was a bonus. Do yourself a favour and just book it- you will not be disappointed!!

The open, well-furnished living space (both inside and out) made for a very comfortable environment, and the balcony views are truly amazing.Highlights:• Location: Perfect for visiting Siam Park and an easy drive to the nearby beaches. When we arrived and got a warm welcome, we some wine and beer, got a quick tour of the place. An form the placement kf the place i perfect with escooters its 7 min to both big citys. The pool is a nice temprature and got cleaned even during our stay.

Tenerife

Excellent location near beaches, Siam Mall, and highway. The house was clean and kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots and pans, dishes, towels, hair dryers, etc. Easy check in. House manager met us to explain how everything worked and even had some groceries and water in the fridge, which was very nice. There is construction going on in the neighborhood , so it was a bit noisy and dusty. House could use a bit of TCL but everything worked. Lovely visit. Outdoor space is fabulous, view exactly as pictured.

Really well-equipped and spacious apartment

We had a great time at this bright, spacious and very well equipped apartment. Our host was exceptionally responsive and when we had some issues connecting with the Wi-Fi, she was on it immediately (clue: password is the one on the handwritten label, not the password printed on the router 😁). The motorway is visible and audible from the terrace, but after a few minutes, you factor it in and stop noticing it. The apartment is in a great location for Siam Park and Siam Mall (which has a really excellent supermarket). It's up on a hill so feels nicely out of the hustle and bustle of town, too. It was fab having two large terraces to choose from - one shaded, private and surrounded by pretty foliage (perfect for the afternoon heat), the other huge, sunny and perfect for sunbathing and watching the sunset with a drink. We were four adults and there was space for all of us to relax without getting in each other's way. It was an easy walk into town (about 15-20 mins), and a taxi back up cost about 6 Euros. The walk gets very steep from Siam Mall to the house, so we got a taxi most days! It's best to hire a car if you want to see more of the island and take advantage of the fantastic hiking opportunities. There was building work going on nearby, so we tried to escape the day time noise by getting out (it was usually over by 4pm). The apartment has a secure car port accessed with a remote control on the keys, which made parking so much easier. All in all - a fab place!

Beautiful place in great location

The view may have been even better than the pictures. Check in was smooth, the hosts met us there with a very warm welcome. They even purchased a humidifier for the flat when our baby had a cough. Would definitely stay here again.

Superb!

We had a mesmerizing experience at this gorgeous villa overlooking beautifull city and coast of Adeje. From start to finish it was extremely pleasant. Hosts were polite and understanding, helped us with everything we trew at then. The villa was equipped very well, it had everything - from hadheld blenders, broilers, ricecoockers, to hardryers, dish/clothes washer, and even 24/7 heated pool with a preplanned poolboy. More than we could ask. Next time coming for longer!

Stayed at property for just under two weeks with wife, two small children and paternal grandparents. I highly recommend property, there is plenty of space and it is kept clean and tidy and everything is in very good condition. My only suggestion would be to renew outdoor ratan furniture and including additional bin in living area. Excellent holiday home and I would definitely return in any future trip to Tenerife.

Fantastic Break

The apartment was just what was needed for a relaxing break. Great views from the balcony and external areas great for eating outside and enjoying the day/night views. Pool was never really used as it was quite small and more like a plunge pool. This was not too important for us however. Internally the apartment is as per the photos illustrated. Really a home for home internal appearance. The location was also great adjacent to the Siam Mall and Waterpark and only a £5 euro taxi fare to Adeje / Las Americas etc. All in all we would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice relaxing break.

Beautiful villa

Our second time at this fantastic villa and it was every bit as good as we remembered. Villa is spotless with everything you could possibly need including coffee machine, juicer etc etc etc. The villa is spacious with a great layout, the living area has a large lounge and dining area which was great for the nights we ate in. The pool and the large balcony provide plenty of space for relaxing in the sun and the view is amazing. The villa is located in a very quiet urbanisation behind Siam mall. We didn’t have a car but used a great local taxi service which was cheap for trips to Los Cristianos and La Caleta. 10 minutes walk downhill takes you to Siam Mall or Siam water park and a further 5 minutes takes you to the Magma bus station where you can travel to anywhere around the island. Contact with Elena, the owner, is excellent from beginning to end and Jenny who looks after the villa is a star. The washing machine broke while we were there and we had a repair man the same day but as it couldn’t be fixed we received delivery of a new machine the following day - amazing service. We will definitely be returning next year!

The perfect spot to relax and unwind

This really is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. From the moment we arrived we were impressed. Jeny was there to meet us, whe had kindly stocked the fridge with everything we may need for the next day or so, even a cold beer which was very welcome after travilling for 7 hrs. The apartment it self was spotlessly clean, wonderfully furnished and fully equiped with everything you may need. Even better than described. The terrace is the perfect place to sit and relax, and given the apartments fantastic location behind Siam park it dosen’t suffer from the noise that some of the hotels in town may do. All in all a wonderful stay, couldnt recommend high enough.

Great location, terrific views and all the comforts of home.

Located away from the tourist area, but close to Siam Mall at the bottom of the hill, where you can find good restaurants and classy shops as well as a decent supermarket. Some noise from the motorway but not enough to be a nuisance and a comfortable apartment to relax in. Jenny and Elena offer a warm welcome.

The apartment is lovely, clean and very comfortable. Sunny balcony but has good shading and is usable all day. Pool cold in November !!. Elena & Jenny could not have been more helpful or friendly. The broadband had a tendency to stop working late morning for a couple of hours but was otherwise okay. Shops are nearby. Extremely restful week with lovely hosts.

Absolute pleasure to stay here from start to finish. Just up the hill from Siam park and mall, it is quiet and tucked out of the way, off the tourist’s track. The mall, with supermarket, restaurants and shops, is a 2 minutes drive and the main tourist resort only 5 minutes. Thoroughly enjoyable stay, can’t praise the place enough! Genuinely homely feel to this charming modern property!

Fantastic villa in peaceful location

Just returned from a two week stay and would highly recommend. It is well equipped inside and out with everything you could possibly need. Inside and outside areas are spacious, comfortable and decorated and furnished to a high standard. Beds were very comfortable and this and the air con made for great nights sleep. The views from the terrace are amazing and having the pool was a real bonus. We didn’t have a car but didn’t find that a problem as you could walk (down hill) to Siam mall in about 10 minutes and to the las Americas bus station in 20 minutes. Taxi to Los Christianos and La Caleta were very reasonable. Most importantly for us was the peace and quiet and contrary to a previous review we never heard any noise from the neighbours. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect. Elena was prompt, friendly and helpful in all correspondence. Jenny, who looks after the property was an absolute star, she made us feel so welcome and looked after, even bringing fresh flowers on laundry change day. After 20 years coming to Tenerife I am just sorry we didn’t find this property sooner. I can’t recommend this highly enough and will be booking again for next year.

Perfect stay home from home and Elena was a wonderful host short walk to Siam Mall if anything I would say the neighbors above could of been more considerate with the noise but not enough to stop us from returning would recommend the apartment for a relaxing stay with everything you could possibly need a few minutes taxi ride away! We enjoyed our month stay .The apartment is just like the pictures. Clean and very spacious. Elena and Jenny were always quick to respond. The pool is NOT heated !It is a good 25-30 downhill walk to beach so that means all uphill on way back. We love to walk for exercise so wasn't a problem for us but it is pretty steep climb on way back up. Supermarket and shopping close. We had a car for only part of time , to go see rest of island.
