Clean, but disappointing...

The hotel had no water the first night and the maintenance crew set off the fire alarm in the middle of the night. Also, there were only 2 luggage carts avaliable for the entire hotel to use, meaning we had to make numerous trips from our 3rd floor room to load our car for departure. There were no comps offered for these inconveniences.

This hotel was beautiful inside and out! It was very clean, a great location for us, and an amazing price. The bathroom had plenty of room along with the bedroom. We went to a concert in Des Moines and spent the night here.

Very nice newer hotel 5 minutes from the airport… 2 miles away is a nice “ suburb” with lots of dining options… very safe area… hotel was very well kept, king room was spacious and love the fridge and microwave in the room!
