Everyone working at this hotel was very nice and helpful. The breakfast every morning had numerous choices. I'm not sure if they had experienced flooding, but the hotel just seemed "damp". Our room especially so. We did ask for new towels daily, because we didn't want a complete room turnover, and had to exchange some that we received because they were stained each time. Overall, the stay was fine. We didn't take advantage of the pool or workout room so I can't comment on those amenities. It was located central to many places to eat and shop. Like I mentioned, the staff was wonderful and always willing to help out.

Check in was done online,which was easy,front desk lady extremly nice,the ac didnt seem to get as cool as it could have even turned below 70 to finally get it cool,rooms and bathroom clean.

We stay there every time we go to Ada. We’ve tried the other motels and they don’t compare to this one. The rooms are always clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and professional.

The woman that checked us in was so nice and amazing! Later that even we went for a Coke and the receptionist on that shift acted like we put her out and didn’t even say Thank you. The rooms are outdated and needs some work. The ceiling was patched over the bed. The sheets were the worst I have even been on. VERY scratchy. We won’t stay here again.

Found bed bugs in the first room we were in. Staff quickly came and inspected and moved us to another room on a different floor. No bed bugs were found in this room but lots of bugs around the baseboards, hair on the sheets, bugs and dirt in the bathroom. Elevator was loud and wasn’t sure we were going to make it up to the 3rd floor. Hotel smelled dusty and not at all fresh and clean.

Check in was fast and friendly. Our room was clean and we had plenty of towels for a family of 4. The kids loved the pool. Air conditioner worked extremely well on a hot and humid day. Excellent breakfast options!

Noisy location

This stay was extremely loud. There were people yelling up and down the hall laughing and completely oblivious to anyone else. I had to call the front desk a couple of times to stop the noise. Finally got quiet after 3am.

This was a very good place to stay with kids. The pool was clean with welcoming furniture on the patio. The room was nice and well kept. The breakfast had ample options and was nice. My only request would be that the maids not skip the vacuuming as I cleaned up several nickel sized items so that my kids didn’t.
