Our time was lovely, well aired room with a sumptuous quality of large bed provided, good views of piazza with lift giving ease of access to the property. The continental breakfast was on balance good although all was Luke warm. The staff were helpful & courteous at all times, a just need to ask required & they will try too accommodate. Would recommend this establishment to anyone staying in Napoli.

The room was perfectly clean and visually appealing. There was plenty of storage and lighting. This staff was extremely friendly and worked to take care of any need. Front desk recommended wonderful restaurant for dinner. Charming, comfortable, and very well located barely a block from the metro station. I would love to stay here again!

Loved this property. I was twin sharing with a friend and we booked the triple room so had twin beds and a sofa and plenty of space. The room had large windows with electric shutters and the windows could be opened for fresh air. The decor was bright and fresh and our bathroom had the plushest towels, robes and slippers. The bathroom was replenished daily with toiletries. We found all the team from front desk to dining room pleasant and helpful. The dining room breakfast was well stocked and replenished if needed. On checkout the front desk called us a cab and it arrived within a couple of minutes. The hotel itself is within easy walking distance, yes even with a suitcase and backpacks, off the ferries and port area. It is in an area that leads into a busy neighbourhood of bars, banks, restaurants and cafes and a little shopping area. There seemd to be a good mix of business and office locals and tourists. We would stay again.

The location is excellent-quiet but very accessible. The breakfast was with a lot variety and charming servers. The front desk staff is very friendly, helpful and always available. We left our earphones and they called us to tell us they keep it for us to pick up. What a wonderful group!

The hotel was a wonderful experience for us - great hospitality and great location! The room was very comfortable, the most spacious we have ever experienced in Europe, and quiet - even though it's in the middle of a bustling city. It was an easy walk from the port - we arrived by ferry; it's very close to the Metro entrance which was a great way to get around Naples (kudos to the front desk staff for this suggestion as the best way to visit the Museo Archeologico Nazionale); it's right around the corner from Galleria Umberto and a very easy walk to Teatro San Carlo; there are multiple restaurants on the same block. We had a fantastic trip to Naples to see the opera and we appreciate La Ciliegina for helping make that happen!

The stay here was lovely. An excellent location and an even more impressive staff. The team at the front desk was so hospitable and accommodating. We had an early morning flight and they suggesting packing breakfast for us to take with us to the airport. They packed tons of treats and fruits for us. They arranged for an early pick up by taxi to get us to the airport, as well. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. I would be thrilled to stay here again.

Beautiful Hotel

The hotel staff were so helpful. They gave us suggestions on places in Naples that we wanted to see, and called taxis for us when needed. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The daily breakfast was very good. We also loved the rooftop terrace.
