This place needs a total overhaul! It is very antiquated and dirty. There was only one bath towel in the room and it had hair on it. The couch is filthy.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was good, but we would’ve liked a bit more light and windows. Our only negative was that the internet was nonexistent and we had to rely on our hotspots.

Love the area. Problem was bathroom was not cleaned right, hair all over shower. Go carts were not available and no staff on hand to talk to except between 4 and 9 pm.

The go cart track is always fun! Staff was so nice and worked with us on rebelling because our fishing charter was canceled.. we always enjoy our stay at Breakers.

Little getaway

The place was very charming. It was quiet and offered some lovely areas to just enjoy the fresh air. I will say, the room felt a little dated but everything was in working order. The jacuzzi tub in the room was the gem to the stay! We will be staying again

My boyfriend and I stayed in the jacuzzi suite. The room was spotless, well kept, the bed was comfy. The jacuzzi tub was the perfect size and the fireplace made things extra cozy. The bottle of sparkling cider and bar of chocolate was a pleasant surprise. :) we've decided that we're going to do this more often!!

Check in was posted for 4.00pm strictly, but no one was there. I phoned and the answer was, "On my way." Dropped off by car at 4.10, the clerk did not make eye contact, greet or acknowledge me in any way, just unlocked and entered. Her first words were to complain about how slow her computer was. The go-kart track was immediately outside my room's window. In season, I imagine that's a nightmare of noise and smell, but it was quiet this off-season weekend. Bed was comfy, everything in the kitchenette worked. Extra bed was a futon. Thin walls: I could hear my neighbors conversation and tv clearly. Bathroom pocket door was fully inside the wall and I couldn't pull it out, so the door stayed open all weekend (pic). Shower sill needs cleaning, repair and repaint (pic). Some kind of waste - sawdust, or insect debris - dropped onto the shower floor from behind a loose molding (pic). I have no idea why this place is called a boutique, it's just an average, worn down, under maintained beach motel. Definitely not worth the price.

Really marginal in the off season.

Office is only open from 4 to 9 pm as per a sign on the door. I was not given the wifi password at check in and was not able to get it until the next evening. I had a burned out light in the bathroom and ended up pushing a note under the office door about that and the password. When I returned that evening there was a light bulb and a card with the password hanging on my door. I HAD TO STAND ON A CHAIR AND CHANGE THE BULB MYSELF. The carpet had footprints that looked like they had been caused by walking in bleach in the bathroom then across the rug. Be careful of the coffee pot. I does not have a timer shutoff. I made coffee in the morning then left. When I came back in the evening it was still on. Fortunately I left enough coffee that it had not boiled dry and started a fire.
