We loved the hotel. BUT...the lady at the front desk on the left side (facing the desk) was OBVIOUSLY not amused with us being there. We tried to ignore that & asked if they could hold our luggage at the front desk. EVERY SINGLE HOTEL in the world, will allow you to do that,at least some luggage. What did she say? Very snappy "Well how much do have, we don't have a lot of space!" There's a way to say ANYTHING. Working at the front desk, being an older lady, she should know this by now. Her tone was OFF with us during every encounter with her. It really threw us off. We had requested to check in early, prior to the check in date. Of course, she made us wait for absolutely reason. Okay, fine, we'll wait. When we did check in, we asked for the high floor that we had requested PRIOR to check in date. This lady put us on the 2nd floor, which is the lowest floor that has rooms. We know FOR A FACT, there WERE rooms available on other floors, including the 10th floor!!!!! How did we know this?? It was confirmed later that evening by YOUR STAFF, that our type of room was available on SEVERAL FLOORS that day. In fact, the 10th floor room went to a man who only stayed 1 night. Really?? There were SEVERAL ROOMS available on higher floors that was our type of room. We REALLY wanted a higher floor for the privacy aspect. It's ridiculous that you would not accommodate, JUST BECAUSE YOU DONT WANT TO. It felt VERY SPITEFUL. The NICE staff with Locs confirmed this.Review continues in comments.
