Little India
Singapore’s Little India district is a buzzy hub of colours and flavours, sights and sounds.
This vibrant pocket is a crossroads of culture. Walk the rainbow of Serangoon Road, where colonial buildings painted in bright colours house treasure-filled Indian shops and restaurants. Rummage the wares in the maze-like aisles of the Mustafa Centre, a multilevel mall open 24-7 or grab a bite ( at the no-frills Tekka Centre. Visit intricately decorated Hindu temples and the 15m-tall Buddha statue outside the Sakya Muni Buddha Gaya Temple.
