Super relaxing stay!

The Mandarin Oriental Singapore is probably one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. This was my second visit, and once again, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent - easily accessible from the airport, and if you’re comfortable using public transportation, you can walk through the shopping malls and convention centre behind the hotel to reach a subway station. One of the highlights for me was the pool—having an evening swim while enjoying the stunning view over the Marina was incredibly relaxing.

A true 5 Star Experience

In our experience many hotels listed by Hotels.Com as 5 Star are really 4 or 4.5 Stars. The Mandarin Oriental is a true 5 Star world class hotel. We stayed on the Club floor. The food and drink and accompanying service was excellent. The gym was well equipped, air conditioned and clean! We used the Hotels Porsche Taycan to get to Chinatown.

Very attentive bell hop and good service. Phone in the room never worked so no room service, addl coffee or concierge. A bit disappointed after several years of good service.

The property is absolutely beautiful and the Diptyque toiletries were a wonderful bonus. The staff is beyond lovely. We only had one hiccup where the concierge gave us bad information causing us to sadly miss a trip to the Marina Sands Observation deck. Otherwise everything was perfect.
