My Favorite Hotel in London!
Incredibly helpful staff. Could use a recycling bin to get a higher "eco-friendliness" rating from me. But the excellent design sense and comfort of these rooms (my favorite being "King of Kings," which also has ample work and dining space) keeps me coming back! Oh, and the restaurant, Decimo, is divine in every possible way, the design, the food, the view--all of it!

Great place to stay
Lovely hotel, room was spacious and had everything you need for your stay. They upgraded me when I got there which was a nice surprise, but even if they hadn’t, I would still have given them top marks. Overall, the location is convenient directly opposite St Pancras station, the hotel is clean and the staff are professional.
