There must be some mistake…?
So, given this competes with other hotels that are quite good you should know the following: - it’s inside terminal 3 and as such hard to find with the check-in desk in the terminal - the rooms are the size of shoe boxes and there was literally no room to move, no windows, nowhere to sit, etc. - the walls are paper thin so you will be woken up by the cleaning staff and other guests through the night. - there is NO BAR or restaurant and you have to get dinner from Marks & Spencer Simply Food (no I am not joking) - the ‘continental breakfast’ is actually some pre packed items on a bag (I wonder if anyone has actually been to the continent to see what a continental breakfast actually is) and the coffee wasn’t ready so I had to do without - better to go to Pret or Caffè Nero - Overall this hotel is a total SHAM and I will never stay there again and make sure that nobody else does either.

It is by arrivals T3 and we are departing tomorrow. The lady on reception was polite and professional and was happy to help. The room was perfect and there was even a library (though we didn’t use it) Really nice hotel and perfect for what we needed at a good price
