Excellent stay, staff attentive and professional. Two highlighted on check in and out. Check in was quick and straightforward, with acknowledgment of my experience. Check out offered an umbrella to help with the rain. Nice personal touch. Hotel really central, clean and tidy. Food well presented.

Absolutely worst experience of stay so far of the ones I’ve booked through Expedia. The hotel staff were very rude answering questions and no help was provided on any requests for water or basics. The water bottler was additional cost too and this was not communicated to us earlier. The cleaning was bad for room service and the room was very small. The bath tub was small, suitable for kids and felt very discomfort to use for bath adults. I’d never ever book this venue next time.

Great hotel well located
Yet another great stay. Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Friendly attentive team. Well located and reasonably priced for London and its location. Will stay again for sure - the Exec rooms are worth the small upgrade for the better facilities including a kitchen area. City view is fine, don’t need to pay more to see the Eye (in my opinion!)

Excellent location we just walked of airport bus and we were at the hotel in 5min. Room and hotel are quite stuffy and you are unable to open the window. Breakfast was quite good and staff friendly.
