Service was friendly, fast and helpful. Room was clean and better than expected. Breskfast was amazing. I was originally worried because of a couple of bad reviews but could not fault anything about this Hotel.

Comfortable hotel in London with amenities

This hotel was lovely, the staff were professional, the buffet breakfast was delicious and had heaps of options, and the room was comfortable. It was also really close to transport which made it really convenient. I would stay there again.

Nice hotel with direct access to Public Transport.

Pros: WiFi. Breakfast options, Proximity to Public Transport.
Cons: Hotel staff should not mount and ask multiple times about breakfasts and/or room service that I did not have. I suspect this is some sort of a scam.
Location: Northish of London. Close enough to stuff. Definitely in the burbs and so people do not know that a PoC may be a visitor to the country - thats a plus
There are some people who are in the wrong career. This includes the reception dude who gets offended/annoyed/have a poor response when one has perfectly normal service questions or the breakfast lady who shows her frustration when the cook with is a dash late with the sausages. I have been to 65 countries, and this one guy on the desk in the evenings was less than pleasant with me. If they had anyone else, I would bumped this to a 4 star overall.
