Avoid Hotel
Hotel is unhygienic to stay in. It reeks of mold, and on 3 separate occasions/days we received dirty towels. Twice with foreign objects on them (used floss, used toothpick) after room service and third towel given from the front desk had stains. Previous reviews called out mold smell in hotel, but we chose to ignore, big mistake. Our room’s AC/Heating also broke the first night, leaving the room freezing. We only noticed in the morning when the remote wouldn’t turn on.

Staff so friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to chairman’s suite, absolutely stunning. Bed very comfortable. Room was a little hot, despite air conditioning, but reception provided a fan which was welcomed. Self-service breakfast very nice.

Not the greatest hotel disappointing
The first impressions of the hotel where good nice and clean, the rooms are tired looking although clean. The restaurant was not open we where disappointed as this was one of the reasons for picking this hotel, the bar was only open for 2 of the days we stayed as was closed the rest of the time we stayed at the hotel. From listening to other guests they had no bottle water or ice available for guests to have. This is a 4 star hotel to be honest I have stayed in better 3 star hotels.
