It was a very pleasant stay at Ibis Hotel. I found staff very friendly and supportive, always helpful and smily. I truly felt like in my own home. The room was very cozy, beautifully furnitured and very clean. If you looking somewhere nice to stay in London with a great connection to central - Ibis Hotel is a perfect choice.

Not the room I thought I was getting as per advertised. I paid for a premium double room- looked very new modern. Instead was given a extremely tired room that was in a very sorry state.
