The staff was very courteous. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The premises was very clean and inviting. The restaurant's menu offered variety. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient.

Good location to the airport. Clean , good view, can see the plane taking off from our room , spacious room. With sofa bed, good service . With Dove shampoo and body wash, need to bring your own conditioner. Bathroom trash can very small. Good restaurants on the site.

Friendly and quick checkin from professional front desk staff, pretty good restaurant, very good breakfast. Room was pretty bad with a lingering bad odor, no amenities, no hairdryer. Room wasn't particularly clean. Good location for early flight out of Heathrow.

My husband and i enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn very much. We found all the staff extremely kind and helpful. It has been the second time we have stayed there and we would stay there again and recommend it to anyone.
